Lowell O. Dunn, P.C.
Lowell Olsen Dunn is a native of Corsicana and has been practicing
law since May 2001. Lowell practices in the areas of State and
Local Taxation, Wills & Probate, Real Estate, Business Transactions
Lowell commenced as Salutatorian from Corsicana High School in
1995, and then was a 1998 Summa Cum Laude graduate from
Texas Tech University with a Bachelor's of Business Administration
in Finance. In December 2000, Lowell completed his law degree
from the University of Texas School of Law.
From 2001 until joining Moe & Dunn, PLLC, Lowell worked in Tax
Policy with the State Comptroller's Office in Austin. His work there
involved drafting of administrative rules, Legislative work, as well as
review and formulation of franchise tax policy. Immediately prior to
leaving, Lowell was part of a small team working toward the
implementation of the new Texas margin tax.
Lowell currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Corsicana
Main Street Project and is Chairman of the Historic Preservation Commission. He stays active in affairs impacting Downtown
